Trevor Murimba – Founder & Agri-Cybersecurity Advisor

Trevor founded MyBitSecure and leads its mission to merge smart agriculture with dedicated agri-cybersecurity, protecting Africa’s farms from the ground up. He brings 20+ years of IT & cybersecurity experience across banking, telecoms, FinTech, retail, and iGaming, holding a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification, alongside registered Wordfence, BugCrowd & HackerOne Bug Bounty researcher status. That same expertise in IoT and OT security now protects the sensors, networks, and platforms powering MBS SmartFarm.

Tandi Rouse – Co-Founder & Director

Tandi co-founded MyBitSecure and serves as Director, helping shape the strategy and direction behind the company’s smart agritech work across Africa. She brings 15+ years of experience delivering complex, high-impact programmes across financial services, retail, healthcare, and telecoms, holding an MBA alongside PMP and Agile PM Practitioner certifications. That same rigour and strategic clarity now drives MBS’ growth.

Olwethu Hopa – Operations Manager

Olwethu leads day-to-day operations at MyBitSecure, keeping delivery, client relationships, and the company’s digital presence running smoothly. She brings experience across business operations, sales development, CRM management, and funding administration, having supported startups and growing businesses in education, technology, and smart agriculture. That focus on strong systems and stakeholder relationships now drives operational structure at MBS.
