1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy explains how MyBitSecure Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“MyBitSecure“, “MBS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles product returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website (https://www.mybitsecure.com) or via authorized distributors.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Subscription services or licenses
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@mybitsecure.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an MBS error or a defective product.
5. Inspection and Approval
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you by email whether your refund or replacement has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an MBS error or defective product.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@mybitsecure.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. MBS will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
