All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment confirmation. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been verified and accepted.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times within South Africa are typically between 3 – 7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs and regional logistics.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active depending on the courier’s system.
5. Delivery Locations
MBS currently delivers across South Africa and selected international destinations. Some remote or high-risk areas may have limited delivery options or require additional fees.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier strikes, natural disasters, customs inspections, or supplier delays. MBS is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving any delivery issues promptly.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or non-collection, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-dispatch. Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs at MBS’s discretion.
